Trip parameters

Not every destination is the same. Geological specificities and remoteness dictate the properties of the experiences we can offer. We rate all of our trips on the following variables:

  • This will be a combination of the places you sleep, food and the amount of material you will have to bring on the bike.

    __

Tents and sleeping bags vs huts & hotels

Restaurant stops vs dry freeze food at camping spot

  • How technical is the route? How much offroad, what’s the terrain, gradients etc.

    Singletracks

    Steep downhill

    Remoteness

  • The amount of km’s often aren’t a good representation of how challenging a route is. The amount of kms + hours in the saddle is a better metric.
